Important Notices

The Organizing Committee would appreciate it if you could kindly confirm the following information:

  1. The abstract submission deadline has already passed. Therefore, we are no longer accepting presentation submissions. Registration for participants without presentations is still open.
  2. The application deadline for the Travel Award has also passed. Therefore, we are no longer accepting new Travel Award applications.
  3. The registration fee does not cover participants' travel or accommodation expenses.
  4. Registration fee reductions or waivers are not available for participants other than Plenary Lecturers and Invited Lecturers.
  5. The e-mail sent by the conference secretariat serves as the official acceptance notification for your presentation. We do not issue separate official acceptance letters or similar documents.
  6. Visa-related documents will be available for download from your personal My Page on the conference website after your registration fee has been paid. Please note that visa documents are valid for three months. Therefore, they will be made available for download at a later date.
