Standard Registration : August 11 (Fri) –November 4 (Wed), 2026, 12:00 (JST)
How to Register
1. Create a Registration Account.
- Participants must create their own registration account
- After creating an account, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. Please ensure that you are able to receive emails from info@asianano2026.com.
- Duplicate registrations using the same email address are not permitted.
- After creating your registration account, please login to My Page and complete the following:
- Payment
- Registration for Social Events, Meals and Other Services

2. Payment
- Payment is accepted online by credit card only.
- Participants registering under Early Bird Registration must complete payment by: August 10 (Thu), 2026, 23:59 (JST).
- Registration will be confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
- Please note that registration fees are non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation. A cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made on or after October 1, 2026.
- Receipts will be available for download from My Page after payment.
3. Social Events, Meals, and Other Services
- Registration for the Welcome Reception, Banquet, and other events can be completed via My Page.
- If you wish to participate, please apply through the “Social Events, Meals, and Other Services” section on My Page.
- The registration fee includes Welcome Reception, Banquet and Lunch Boxes. Therefore, participation in these events is free of charge for registered participants.
- Applications must be completed by September 30, 2026 (JST).
- Changes or cancellations after the deadline will not be accepted.

Travel Award
Applications for the Travel Award will be accepted during the registration process. To encourage student participant, the AsiaNano2026 Organizing Committee will provide Travel Awards for students attending the conference.
- The award provides financial support of approximately ¥50,000–¥100,000 per student.
- Only student presenters are eligible to apply for the Travel Award.
- Please submit your application during conference registration.
- The application deadline for the Travel Award is June 30, 2026 (JST).
- The results will be announced by email on July 17, 2026.

Visa Supporting Documents
Participants who require visa supporting documents may apply through the same registration page.
Participants are responsible for obtaining their own visa. The conference does not provide visa application services.

If a visa is required, please select the Visa Supporting Document option during registration.
The following documents will be issued:
- Letter of Guarantee
- Letter of Invitation
These documents will be available and can be downloaded from My Page.
